DWDM SFP is used in DWDM SONET/SDH, Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel applications. Our DWDM SFP support operation at 100Ghz channel and they are fully compliant to SFF-8472 MSA. the transmission part of the transceiver adopt a cold DFB laser; the receiver part use a APD photo diode integrated with a TIA, working temperature of this the DWDM SFP range from -5ºC to 70ºC, low power dissipation at less than 1.3W max.

The standard DWDM SFP modules are available by 3 versions: multi-rate version 0 to 2.7Gbps, working distance at 120km max; 1.25Gbps version working distance at 80km/120km optional and 2.5Gbps version working at 80km/120km optional. All these DWDM SFP are with DDM function, which enable the user to monitor the working status and parameters of the transceiver. All these DWDM SFP transceivers meet class I laser safety standard and are RoHS compliant. Our products are 100% tested during production to ensure their stable quality and excellent compatibility.
