SX SFP is the small form pluggable fiber optic transceiver module which is used for short distance data transmissions, typical SX SFP work with multimode optical fiber 62.5/125 or 50/125. SX SFP working wavelength at 850nm and max working span is 550 meters only. Typical SX SFP like Cisco GLC SX MM and SFP GE S.
