MPO patch panels

The MPO fiber optic patch panel stands out as a highly economical and cost-effective solution for high-density fiber applications. Each MPO optical fiber distribution frame and fiber optic patch panel from Huihongfiber offers the versatility to accommodate multiple MPO boxes, making them the most dense solutions available among MTP/MPO enclosures. Additionally, alternative fiber optic cassettes and plates, such as LC, LC/APC, and MPO connections, are readily available to cater to diverse requirements. Custom MPO fiber distribution frames and fiber optic patch panels are also offered for straightforward OEM solutions.

MPO-LC/SC pre-terminated fan-shaped fiber refers to the utilization of MPO single-ended 12-core or 24-core connectors on one end, while employing LC/SC connectors on the other. Primarily deployed in pre-termination module boxes, this product facilitates the connection between pre-termination backbone optical cables and jumpers, allowing for modular setups and plug-and-play functionality. Its adoption enhances work convenience and efficiency compared to traditional fusion splicing methods.

  4. MPO-1U optical fiber distribution frame (box) accommodates 4 MPO or MTP pre-termination boxes, enabling transmission of 96 optical fiber cores.
  5. MPO 3U optical fiber distribution frame (box) accommodates 12 MPO or MTP pre-termination boxes, with potential transmission of up to 288 cores.
  6. All ports clearly marked on the front end for easy identification and search.
  7. MPO-LC module box features imported locks and strip adapter panels.
  8. Pull-out structure allows for easy operation, with excellent sealing performance to prevent dust.

The MPO-LC pre-terminated modular box is primarily designed to branch the 12-core MPO connector at the end of the main optical cable into conventional two-core connectors. Notably, the module box's front side features an LC adapter (flange) port, typically utilizing 12 or 24 duplex or 6 quadruple adapters, while two MPO or MTP adapters are installed on the back. Within the module box, jumper fibers directly connect the LC duplex adapter (flange) on the front panel with the MPO or MTP adapter on the back, forming a cohesive unit. Each individual MPO-LC pre-terminated module box is then integrated into the fiber distribution frame to create a comprehensive MPO-LC fiber distribution frame (box).

By leveraging Huihongfiber's factory termination and testing capabilities, system transmission performance and wiring quality are enhanced. The modular design enables quick connection of system components, thereby reducing on-site construction costs and facilitating rapid system restoration in case of failure. Furthermore, the pre-termination system mitigates risks associated with data center upgrades and changes while significantly saving cabinet space, thus contributing to reduced energy consumption in the data center and facilitating the upgrade of next-generation fiber optic cabling systems.
